Times are busy for art teachers. Isn't it time for those who wish to meet to discuss the great profession of art education to meet- ONLINE? This is an idea I am brewing along with a few other interested people. You will hear alot more about it as we hear from YOU. Wouldn't it be great to not have to pay for airline tickets and hotel rooms? You can attend this conference from your own computer at home!
Please feel encouraged and welcome to leave your comments below. We can present and talk using the online venue using the conveniences of modern technology. You can even chat using your keyboard. All you need is a computer, a camera and a microphone, if you are presenting. If you are attending, you need only speakers and your computer.
I am looking forward to hearing from you!

I'm interested...
Please let us know if you are interested as a presenter, or as a conference attendee.
Thanks
I'd love to be a presenter and participator.

Artyowza, glad to have your interest. I'll keep you informed as to the when and what aspects of the conference. For now, let me know what you'd like to present about.
Barb - I think this first time around I'd like to be an attendee. Not sure I'm tech savvy enough to be a presenter. Would be interested in art lessons based on a culture or famous (or not-so-famous) artist, K-5. Hope this helps...
I would love to be a presenter at this conference! I am currently working on other online learning opportunities for art educators. This would be another great way to supplement this new wave of learning. I can present on a variety of topics, and my blog has tons of ideas to jumpstart a presentation. I am presenting at the NAEA Conference in Seattle in March, too... :)
Thanks for the idea and keep me posted!
